CLASS DESCRIPTIONS & SCHEDULE
SalsaFit is a dynamic workout method developed by Stephanie Stevenson, the “Princess of Salsa,” combining her passions of Salsa dancing and fitness. SalsaFit utilizes a unique hybrid of toning exercises with bonafide Salsa dance movements you can proudly take to the dance floor, making you feel powerful, energetic, and confident!
SalsaJam is a high-cardio follow-along dance jam where you will burn calories while being led through an energetic variety of Latin dance styles and music like Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Rumba, Reggaeton and more!
Muévelo Monday (Formerly Beginner Salsa)
Start the week mov your body with an easy warm-up, simple Salsa steps, and a fun, interactive combo with the whole class!
Level Up Wednesday (Formerly Int/Adv Salsa)
Get turned up with a wider variety of Latin dance styles, steps, turns, and tempos, giving you all the energy needed for your mid-week.

Back to Basics *NEW* (Starts June 4 with Yadira Mendoza)
This class puts the “fun” in fundamentals! Learn basic Salsa steps, rhythms, and body movements at a friendly, encouraging pace to get you started on your dance journey.
Salsera Team (*Team membership required)
The Salsera Dance Team is an inclusive community of women and young girls who want to take their dance commitment to the next level. "Salseras" set personal goals and inspire each other through challenges in a positive and empowering team setting.
Multiple choreographies are learned throughout the annual season to perform in professional video shoots for online posting and sharing through Stephanie's social media platforms.
Salsera Team members also receive unlimited access the studio's regular live classes and recordings as a part of their training. (For full commitment details, email email@example.com)
A creative way for ages 5-14 to socialize while learning to dance Salsa, Bachata, Reggaeton, and Merengue. Primary rhythms and movements taught playfully are engaging for kids to enjoy!
All levels are welcome, no dance experience necessary.
Recommended Accessories: Water, comfortable clothing, and tennis shoes.
